Well, no one's perfect. I had to order my box there too since CDJ and YA sold out so fast, and somehow my box went to China and is now stuck there due to a plane's mechanical failure.
Also using YA for years and loving them, I have to say I actually AM having a problem with them on a separate order for my Marionette music box and a DVD, and they've screwed up the charge to my card, mistakingly taking an extra authorization that didn't go through (because it was a mistake anyway) and now my order has been stuck for 3 extra days so far and they won't talk to me about it on the phone, they force me to email them about it, and the accounting department only answers one email per day around 4am. So I want to give them a new card, and get the first hold released, but they want me to email a credit card number and that makes me a little worried... I'm really frustrated.
