I know you already did it, but this is really something you should take directly to the staff and not post a thread about. Not only are you posting private and personal conversations (which is really just something no one should ever do. It makes both parties look bad), but it's an inefficient way to get the attention of the staff. We might not see a thread posted in this forum for days, so your question might not be answered right away and the situation would not have been dealt with quickly. This is just for future reference.
