I have no idea. I'm guessing that maybe her fans from TA have been sending her lots of messages because she's been tweeting non-stop but hasn't been updating her TA blog much? Like, TA used to be the only way fans could send messages in to ayu, but there was no way for her to reply them. With Twitter now, lots of random people seem to be able to talk to ayu freely and receive replies from her personally, so I guess that may be another reason why the TA fans felt "abandoned".
I mean, TA members do pay 6,000yen per year to get first-hand info from ayu, so if she starts to disseminate info through Twitter first, that's gonna start a big uproar lol.
