As I understand it, it's about BoA being in love but having to sneak around like a cat to avoid the paparazzi.
Thematically it's an interesting song because it's one of the first wherein she voices her displeasure about something. Not really confrontational, per se, but it's an interesting contrast to her earlier works wherein the songs are usually in a winsome, almost passive, tone.
