I don't think it will be a US debut. I think they mean something similar to when Amerie collaborated with 4minute for the release of her album in SK. Not a new song for LJH as much as a new remixed song for Lady Gaga.
If they are seriously thinking about an American debut especially when she's not fluent, maybe they think that as she spends time in the US she'll learn the language. Like the Wonder Girls did.
