^I think she turns 18 this year actually. Either way, she's trying way too hard to prove that she's grown up. I think the Can't Be Tamed song is her trying to tell people that she isn't a little girl anymore, but I hope she doesn't turn into a **** now. Like I said, trying way too hard.
