^ i think so, you created something, so you have the right to own it right? maybe you have to sutch for it, for clear informormation. It would be weard if you csn't because you created something, but i don't know. But i like the word it sounds so....... simple and it sounds just right!

edit: i searched on internet and you can only demand patent when: -it new is -it a real invetion - industrially ipplicable
AND demanding patent COSTS MONEY!!
