ren is right. those romaji lyrics are totally messed up. >.< also...sorry to tell you but 瞳 is never pronounced as め(me) in that context. the only kanji for "eye(s)" other than 目 that is pronounced 'me' is 眼. the phrase 「瞳を閉じて」 ((or even 「瞼を閉じて」 - 瞼= eyelids)) is actually used QUITE OFTEN. just because it doesn't make sense in English, doesn't mean it's incorrect in Japanese. technically speaking, you can't "close your eyes" either
you can cover them...and close your eyelids but not your eyes. xD
as for the part you two can't agree on. i'm pretty sure she says:

it's like "further more, besides that there is nothing...nothing at all that i need."
