I really don't know for that since I myself have never written a letter to be sent to the head office of Johnny's & Associates
I wouldn't be surprised if they do throw away the letters that all the gazillion million fangirls out there sent to their office since you're not the only one who's 'fighting' for their 'attention/affection'
& in a way or 2 , I'm glad I'm not in the Johnny's fandom as much as I was before since I was losing myself when all these happened
