No one said that exact date is 25th August (I said this sorry xD), SM told that they want her comeback near anniversary day. I think that nothing would be uncomfortable to not push back album release because of japanese single. Time between single and album releases is quite big! I can't understand it.
And yes, SM is planning to promote BoA in America again, with new album, it's confirmed, but no one knows when.
