well heres the tracklists according to YA for Moon/blossom versions

CD Only

01. MOON (Original mix)
02. blossom (Original mix)
03. Microphone (Remix)
04. Last Links (Orchestra ver.)
05. MOON (Original mix -Instrumental-)
06. blossom (Original mix -Instrumental-)

CD+DVD

01. MOON (Original mix)
02. blossom (Original mix)
03. Microphone (Remix)
04. MOON (Original mix -Instrumental-)
05. blossom (Original mix -Instrumental-)

DVD
01. MOON (video clip)
02. blossom (video clip)
03. MOON (making clip)

So basically, on the CD+DVD they just remove the "Last links orchestra ver" on the CD and give you the dvd with the two PVs and one making-of clip. Her PVs and Making-Of Clips always end up on her albums anyways, so if you were gonna just pick one I'd recommend the CD Only.
