Well that's oddly specific but I was making a playlist of some of my favorite Japanese ballads, specifically romantic songs that were really big at the time of their release and are considered signature songs. Of course some of these singers (like Ayu) have multiple songs that can fit but here is what I came up with in no particular order, with only one song per singer/act:
