Hm such a list is almost impossible... but some of my all time favorites are:
01 HANABI~episode II~ - Ayu
02 Dareka no negai ga kanau koro - Hikki
03 Te wo tsunagou - ayaka
And then somewhere in there songs like Ozaki's I LOVE YOU, Sukima Switch's Kanade, Kobukuro's Sakura and Tsubomi + a load of Ayu ballads, and the whole of the soundtrack to All About Lily Chou-chou performed by Salyu as Lily.
