I think it means that you can only order things from mu-mo using this site:

It's like, the overseas counterpart to mu-mo. Items listed there can be shipped overseas through Tenso, but not from the normal site.
*I never knew this existed...
Which means you wouldn't be able to buy through Team Ayu using Tenso (if I'm correct)
