Ok I'm gonna explai the problem we got today when ourchasing in the TA shop.
I don't know why and I don't know how... mu-mo/avex noticed lot of people used Tenso.. or maybe got request for shipping overseas... or maybe they just got the idea of doing it...
So now mu-mo gives the oportunity of purchasing in mu-mo using Tenso. The link you get in that error is the one where you can purchase. When you select the CD or whatever they even have almost all the Tenso address automaticaly written...
They allow Tenso... The problem is thet in that link you can only buy what they have in the regular shop.
and when we try to buy using the Tenso address in the TA shop they detect it and tell you: here you have the special site.
I don't think they just don't want us to buy in the TeamAyu shop. I think they just thought that as Team Ayu is only for people living in Japan, ther wouldn't be anyone who want to use Tenso.
But they thought wrong...
So now I send an e-mail to
support@tenso.com to explain what happened and that lot of fans of Ayumi Hamasaki become members thanks to the Tenso address and that as a member we wanna use that special shop, so I ask them if they can talk with mu-mo and let us use their address in the TA shop too.
Please, everyone who uses Tenso here for that purpose, e-mail them telling what happened and asking them to solve it. If they see there're many people who wants it, I'm sure they will do it.
Afetr all we are also paying for the TeamAyu membership and we have the right of getting those gifts...
So please e-mail them....
I would e-mail mu-mo too but japanese and english are not friends and I don't know enough japanese... ¬¬
I hope they will solve this problem seriously... I can't believe they did that... dont' udnerstand why... I mean.. the result is the same... we were using the tenso address... unless they don't want some items to go outside japan?? I don't knwo why they would want that...
