Thats a typo.... usually I go TW for Taiwan, but it had to be TR (Tower Records) since it even says Tower Records on the back of the slipcase Thanks for pointing it out though
I love autographed CDs, though shame I can't go and get them autographed myself, I usually buy off auction, but do get prove with every purchase that the artist really signed it
