Why would it be
replica? There is more than one of those hats in this world, it is a designer hat...it just happens to be the same one that Ayu used. And, I'm pretty sure I saw a picture of someone else (some model) wearing this hat in the similar styles thread here, and she probably wore it before Ayu did.
