Even if general sales are down, there's an obvious interest in those groups right now. If sales were what they were a year or two ago, I still don't think Ayu would be doing as well as some current artists. Maybe people just aren't as interested in her music as they once were.
We'll see how well it does at the end of this week.
Its sad that that 690k you mentioned is for singles and not albums. It's like singles are all the rage now, considering album sales.
