Hey there! The font is Futura Light, although it's been modified slightly. If you have experience in Photoshop, you can very easily modify the font the same way.

All you do is use the font, type what you want all in caps, and italicize only the A's and M's. Then just draw the lines off of the M's and R's like they did.
