Shimatani, try Shinku, Neva Eva, WAKE YOU UP, Marvelous, Dragonfly, and PASIO. i dunno if these songs are exactly similar to what you want, but they're all upbeat. i didn't listen to hitomi in awhile, so i hope this helps.
as for Arashi, it's also hard to find similar songs. maybe try Ashita no Kioku, Troublemaker, Be with you, LIFE, Kaze, PIKANCHI DOUBLE, Hero, Everything, One Love, and My Girl.
