This right here tells me that just because there were cameras recording stuff, doesn't mean it will be put on dvd. All concerts (whether private or public) have cameras, to document the performance.

They weren't just recording the performance, they were filming the queue outside, and during the concert also filming the crowd at times. It really was filmed in a way to be put on dvd!
I'm sorry I have to go against you but I just want a DVD and I won't have my hopes shattered just because of that stupid showcase that was never put on DVD
