She told the 1000 fans who had attended the event that “Before I sing the last song, there is something I want to tell you. I, Aiuchi Rina, have decided to retire from the entertainment industry.”

Aiuchi debuted in 2000 with the single "Close To Your Heart" under the Giza Studio label and has released 32 singles, 7 original albums, a best collection and 2 remix albums over the past ten years with consistent success and several No. 1s on the Oricon charts.
With her 30th birthday on July 31st, she has decided to "reset" her mind and body. Part of the reason is her health, which has been a problem in the past. After talking with her doctor and her staff, she felt that retiring was her best option.
Her last album "LAST SCENE" will be released on September 15 with her final concerts being in Saitama on September 18 and Hyogo on September 26.
