I don't listen to italian music so often, but there are few good singers.
Most of them are enjoyable if you know italian language almost perfectly like Fabrizio de Andrč. His lyrics are awesome and meaningful.
But there are some whom sing in other languages like Laura Pausini, she sings in english, italian and spanish. Even though I'm not a huge fan of her lol.
I highly recommended Elisa though, she's amazing! And she sings in english and italian both
