nope. unless you request to ship the cds whenever they are available, online shops will ship them out when all are available. and they only charge your card when they ship out your cds.
Imagine if you order 2 cds, one is to be release on 2nd Sept and the other is to be release on 14th Sept. Then for some reasons, you don't wan the first cd, if the shop charge you when the first cd is release, won't that be a big problem? Either you end up chasing after your money that's been charged or you are unable to cancel, that's bad.

well, they do have the cds in stock, but it's not consider sold. since it's not yet shipped, so there's chances that buyers might edit their order, or cancel off any items.
I had emailed cdjapan, and they replied me that sales count towards Oricon AFTER the cd is ship.
so for those who are ordering kuu single/ and both ayu singles.... your sales will count when L is shipped out...
