I thought I was the only one liking the aesthetics of Born to be... PV!
I actually really like the fact that the light is dazzling... water drops etc...
Yet overall it's not an amazing PV...
IMO, Ishii's PV are usually bland, there's not a lot of things going on...
And my principal problem with them is that they tend to look "cheap" (usually the settings scream fake -Paris street + rocky backdrop in TW, Days city, everything in Startin'; cg effects look old; color scheme is too rich and contributes to this issue... ect.
I only enjoy momentum and (D)lma (I really don't know why as there is anything appealing in ths PV -apart from ayu-, but I could watch it everytime haha).
So I hope this PV will remain "simple" and won't try to show off and failing.
