Have you ever looked at the Billboard hot 100? Or at the singles chart in your own country? Every chart is this random.
You have to remember that the lower you go, the lower the number of downloads and thus the more competitors you have for a spot.
No. 1 might sell 10.000 copies and no. 2 7000. That's a big difference that probably won't change outright. But no. 80 might sell 1000 downloads and no. 81 999. That's a tiny difference so those two might jump around the entire week. That's why you're seeing such huge and weird drops around the lower regions of the charts, or why you're suddenly seeing old songs reappearing.
It's not like everyone in Japan has just rediscovered HEAVEN : P
