I don't know if I should say this but for those people who plan to preorder the UNIVERSE DVD via HMV Japan , you will actually pay about ¥400 cheaper than what the DVD cost & this total's inclusive of EMS shipping :O

HMV Japan stated if you're an online member , instead of charging you ¥5,250 for the DVD , you will pay ¥4,148 instead
However last night when I move the DVD into the shopping cart , they did not bill me ¥4,148 for the DVD but instead I was billed ¥3,950 D:
