I can only say, keep an open mind. If you are so hard up about it, I guess, you probably won't be enjoying as much as others...of course I want something upbeat, but I can make..I mean, to Me, ayu ain't avoiding it n just feeding us with ballads

Anything can be personal for her, she WRITES THE LYRICS. She could make the song anything she wants, it doesn't HAVE to be a ballad to be personal. A Song for xx is INTENSELY personal, but it's not a ballad, but a dark rockish song(At least in it's modern incarnations, still wasn't a "ballad" on ASFxx either).
I do agree that her 50th single should be an all ballad. But it's obnoxious since the 48th AND 49th singles were ballad singles as well. Her summer pop songs are JUST as popular in Japan as her ballads, yet she skipped out on doing that for her big project.
