according to news reports, chihiro was assaulted by an acquaintance last month, and is currently recovering. the event is still being investigated by the Tokyo Metropolitan Police Department.

I read about this a few days ago at lj and I was sooooo angry. Chihiro had to go through so much ***** in her life and she really doesn't need more!
She is such a wonderful singer and songwriter and I respect and love her and her music a lot!!

I hope, she is doing alright again! I wish her all the luck in the world!
