Too late to comment on this particular matter lol but in case anyone else is confused about this, once you place an order with CDJ the amount is "authorized" by your bank and you'll temporarily see it on your banking statement. CDJ usually charges me the Tuesday of the week after they ship out the order for some people it'll take less time or longer.
I think part of the reason they do this is because a.) sometimes the shipping cost change and they must notify you beforehand to approve of the new charge and b.) because people change/cancel their orders all the time and it's less of a hassle to refund them, all they have to do is change the subtotal (which is why when it's authorized, it says 'waiting for final amount from merchant').
Just make sure to keep the amount on your card (or if you're terrible with money like me, put it aside in your savings until you need it xD).
