Haha yeah there are a few early bloomers (like myself) that get their wisdom teeth pulled out at 17! I took a week off school because it took about that long to heal... I wasn't able to eat solids for about 3-4 days?? For some people it heals faster, but generally most people do need about a week to recover. Hopefully Ayu recovers well - she shouldn't rush it and just take the whole week (cos if you stimulate your gums too much while they're healing, there's a likely chance the stitches can break and your gums can split open...)
