for me, i order from crescent-shop, they do not give me any address. but instead order on mybehalf, so it's good for me in a way. Like certain items are only able to preorder at a certain time, but i'm not freeto do the ordering by myself. so i can just send them a message, wait for a quotation and pay them the money a day earlier, then they can order for me once it's able to order...
as for their fees, it's 2000yen for order below 10 000yen, so i normally order more items along with my cd order, like clothes from shibuya109 or Liz Lisa, the items can be from different shops, but must be in the same order.
