As far as I know it didn't, or it did after the single was released.
we got the full crossroad PV but it was a DVD rip and not a TV rip. (at least that's what I think, I could be wrong though)
Btw does it matter if SSTV is a competitor of M-ON if avex/ayu themselves choose to release short versions of the PV? I don't really understand that part of your comment...
