i think the whole thing is awful. that someone would tweet ayu and tell her she is racist is just beyond belief and that person should be ashamed. sure, i'd love ayumi to reply to me, but i don't take it personally that she doesn't.
i kind of figured that ayumi probably didn't see all those tweets though. i've always just assumed she kind of replies to whatever she happens to see. i mean, if you search for people tweeting her, you will see that she gets and INSANE amount of tweets and couldn't possibly read all of them. so maybe she just saw that one tweet and thought this person was feeling sad, so she would reply because she hadn't read all the other worse tweets.
at least i really hope she didn't see the ones saying she was racist. ugh.
