Well.. She obviously sees Jorge as the spokeperson for her Western fans, in the end of the day, she had more time to talk to him, met him in London and he went to her tour after that... So, it's natural she remembers him, talks to him and naturally, cares for him (if she didn't, she would talk to some other person).

But hey! I never went to her concerts, I never met her in person, I didn't bother trying twitting to her (I don't even know what to say to her)... So, it's not like I could be angry at him or hate him... He put effort into it, I didn't...
And people should get over the Spain T-shirt... Spain was the World Cup winner, she was watching the games... So, obviously, she was wearing they t-shirt... IMO this doesn't mean she has some bigger supernatural love for Spain, even if she sees some spanish fans as friends cuz she met them in person anyway^^
