How would they know that a person has or hasn't bought a TA mag?
I understand, limit of 1 per person. But then, what if this person goes at opening, buys one, and then comes back a few hours later and tries to get another one. Surely they can't remember everyone that bought one... Maybe they'll use ID and compile a list?
