so RIAJ have a separate certification for Chaku-Uta and Chaku-Uta Full? I don't know that much about how it works >.<

ok I was wrong and it only says 'recochoku-weekly chart' just like Leechan said in her translation :p
but even so I think they're talking about Chaku-Uta Full only (from both mu-mo and recochoku), I don't think they would make a whole article of this if they're including chaku-uta charts too, considering chaku-uta full is the most important one out of the two
