It's closed for registrations, though.

But it doesn't really matter because people who are members of KMC just re-post the files from there to other places on the web. A lot of the files in the download section here at AHS are probably originally from KMC and you should able to use those files to seed torrents at JPS because KMC is where they usually originally come from.
