honestly , why care so much about sales in the 1st place ? is it VERY VERY important when comes to supporting an artiste ?
I support/listen to many artistes & many of them (including you know who) can't sell for squat sake (1st week sales of 15K or so for singles which I should moan more but I don't)
The fact that ARASHI has that selling power now which they did not have in the past , now they don't have to worry on whether whatever they release can sell or not
