I happen to translate It.. and It said something like overseas blabla stuff.. I hope that means overseas people can join the campaign too.
And If I;m not mistaking, the campaign is about making a banner. Ow man I wish i could join it too TAT *cries* but I dont understand any japanese and I dont have any friends who could help translate it
