oh and i did that once. I accidentally dropped my glitter/fated cd+dvd single when it first arrived. Problem is, i cant replace the case since we don't sell those double cases in Canada.

If it's dora, then you can email him and tell him for the broken case. I ordered a CD last time (Koda Kumi's secret CD+DVD) and the case arrived totally broken in pieces. He gave me back the shipping fees.. not much but better than nothing
. I ordered a lot of CDs from him and it was the only time it happened so I guess it's just a matter of luck xD
Even if it'snot Dora, you should try anyway, maybe they'll send a replacement case or give you back your money
