it happened for BRZ ACOUSTIC where before the actual release date , they announced on their website the release of their FIGHTERZ DVD in May & then before the DVD was released , Gekijou / hEaVeN's release date in July X_X
maybe the Budokan concert DVD will be what coems in Dec
