As for the tickets for one is a handshake event and for the other is voting for songs to be performed Request Hour Setlist Best 100 2011. How voting works you're given a code that I know and I think you go to the site put the code in and pick the song you want to vote for.
I think you have to get a Japanese fan to do it for you but I'm not sure. I guess I'll find out if a thread about it pops up at Stage48.
Yay were almost at 300 posts! I read on Stage48 that apparently there is 1,030,000 copies First Press. That's a lot. I hope this does really well. I'll have to wait some before I'm able to get my copy.
