I don't think it will be up on TA shop until they reveal what the TA shop bonuses are.
But when the RnRC limited box started, all they did was send us an email basically saying "Go!" haha.
Apparently with the NL USB, they were emailed earlier with an email explaining what time it would start selling, as opposed to the free for all of RnRC
