I think it's normal, no? A tattoo is forever (unless you want to remove it for a lot of money and possible scars). It's not because he didn't let their names tattoo now that he won't in the future. Junsu and Yoochun are the ones who support him now, so I understand why he tattooed their names. Don't be so negative or emo about this, he still has enough body space to tattoo Changmin's and Yunho's names.
