After rewatching the video a couple of times... I really like it.
I'm not usually one to come up with deep, over analytic meanings but I think this video might have one of those.
There's something about the video that makes me feel like Utada's supposed to be portraying us, her fans, all the way through her career. Showing how we sang and danced along and got really excited, even going Kuma-crazy with her...
And then it seems after the bridge, she's portraying herself and she's saying the she loves us too! Then she does the tribute to traveling and it's like she's asking us to hang in there til her hiatus is over.
Haha, I don't know. I think that'd be touching.
