'yade' is Osaka dialect and 'dagah' is Nagoya dialect. Both 'yade' and 'dagah' would be 'dayo' in standard Japanese (which is Tokyo dialect).
So basically the title means 'it's miwa! it's miwa! it's miwa!' but in 3 different dialects XD (you could also translate it as: 'I'm miwa! I'm miwa! I'm miwa!')
I did not even know about that fact until just now...that's quite interesting!
