You can only if you paid via Credit Card. PayPal orders cannot be modified so if you paid via PayPal you will have to cancel your order and re-order everything again.
But if you paid by Credit Card I think you should be able to email CDJapan to add the single into your order and the revised total price will be charged to your card when it ships
You will have to pay more for the shipping but definitely not double.
