Just for people wondering about shipping, honestly using the cheapest method, SAL, isn't bad at all. I live in Kentucky and my copy of Namie's Break It arrived only 2 or 3 days after the release date, not bad at all for $5 shipping. With EMS you will get the CD the day of release, but it's about $10 more. Also, CD Japan has a coupon code right now, "winter2010", which gets you 500 yen off the order. So free shipping!
