Let's assume you want to buy a t-shirt. We'll go with the very first black kuma shirt (
オーガニックコットンKUMA POWER-T（ブラック）). Under it, there are sizes. "
サイズ" means size. XS, S, M, L. You should be able to tell what those sizes are. lol It says in pink letters what the prices are "
￥3,500（税込）"/"$41 dollars (tax included)".
So you want a medium shirt, click on the drop down menu next to the size and click on the quantity of shirts you want. At the bottom you click on the pink button that says "
カートに入れる"/"put in cart". That will bring you to the next page which will have a table.
"
商品番号" is product number. "
商品名" is the name of the product (black kuma tshirt). "
数量" is quantity (in our case, it's 1). "
単価" is the unit price. "
金額" is basically just telling you what how much the overall cost is so far. "
合計" is the total after everything you've purchased. Below this, there is the second chart.
"
商品名／色／サイズ／数量をご確認ください。以上の内容でお買い上げの場合は、[お会計]ボタンを押してください。" is telling you to make sure everything is correct "size, color, product" if you are happy with your selections, click "check out."/"
お会計".

カートの内容に変更がある場合は[選択しなおす]ボタンを押してください。" says if you are not entirely satisfied with your order, click the back button (
選択しなおす) and make any corrections necessary.

カートの中身を全て削除する場合は、[カートを空にする]ボタンを押してください。" says if you don't want anything (I guess if you changed your mind) you can click the "empty cart" button (
カートを空にする) and it will delete everything in your cart.
Now let's assume you're happy with what you have, click on "
お会計". You need to be a member to buy stuff. I don't feel like going through the process, but if you are not a member click on the first button, if you are, log in below. Basically after that, (assuming you already have an account and are logged in with the correct shipping information) you just finalize your order, make sure everything is correct and click on the "purchase" button.
